Additional Firearm Training Rangemaster with Tom Givens Tom and Lynn Givens are excellent instructors. Tom has a vast amount of real life and training experience. He is able to convey the information so it relates to the student. He wants all of his students to survive an encounter while protecting themselves and others from the predators in our society. We highly recommend Rangemaster training courses. Shooting-Performance with Mike Seeklander Mike Seeklander is an excellent instructor. If you have shooting experience and would like to improve your shooting skills or maybe you are just getting started in competition or self-defense shooting, take one of Mike’s courses. We highly recommmend Shooting-Performance training courses. Sig Sauer Academy We have taken several courses at the Sig Sauer Academy. Top notch instructors. They have a variety of different courses as well a large amount of highly qualified instructors. One of the great thing about the Sig Academy is the prices, as most of their classes are reasonable compared to other national firearm academies. Take a vacation and attend a few classes. We have taken a variety of courses from different instructors over the years. We recommend the following instructors for your intermediate and advance firearm training needs. We will not offer opinions on instructors we have not taken classes from. We recommend you do your own research of each instructor and organization to see if they will meet your needs and fit your personality. Cumberland Tactics with Randy Cain Randy Cain is a very knowledgable and skilled instructor. He is old school in the sense he does not take credit cards or registration online, but he evaluates new methods of training and firearm skills to ensure his students learn the best techniques for defense without the hype or techniques not suited for self-defense. It all boils down to the fundamentals.
